It is with a heavy heart the PillarRx team shares this message. Greg Rucinski, R.Ph, and Executive Vice President of PillarRx passed away due to complications from the COVID-19 virus. We are all very sad to lose a great member of the team and our leader. Greg will be missed tremendously by all that knew him. He has supported the pharmacy industry in a variety of capacities for over 35 years and is well respected by the pharmacy community, coworkers, friends, and family. Our heart goes out to all that had an opportunity to work with him and we share our deepest sympathies.
Greg’s vision for excellence and accuracy within data validation, auditing, and copay assistance is embedded in all that we do at PillarRx. The company strategy remains firmly in place and the PillarRx team is committed to continuing to provide the same great services you have come to expect from our organization. Greg believed in strong communication, collaboration, and consistency to create the foundational pillars of the organization. We are proud to say that each team member at PillarRx emulates those core attributes in their everyday roles, interactions, and in the services, they provide to you, our customers, and your members. These core values will continue to be the foundation of the PillarRx team as we move forward through these difficult times and to a bright future ahead.
Please let us know if you need any assistance or have questions, as we are glad to help. PillarRx looks forward to continuing Greg’s legacy by supporting your pharmacy program goals and needs.
Greg was one of a kind. Smart, engaging, and kind. I enjoyed every opportunity I had to connect with him, which was far too seldom. He will be missed.
Greg and I were domestic partners for nearly 10 years. In that time I saw that he was extremely dedicated not only to his family but to his work family as well.
I hope you will all remember Greg with kindness and respect. He was an extraordinary person who left us too soon.
Greg was a wonderful mentor, leader, colleague and friend to many and I am deeply saddened for the loss to everyone at PillarRx, and for his family and friends.
